These disclaimers apply to all Umrah packages booked through Our Destination Travel Services LLC. Please read them before submitting a reservation request.
Traveler responsibility for additional costs
Travelers are responsible for all additional travel costs beyond what is listed in their package. This includes, but is not limited to, personal expenses, optional attractions, meals not included in the package, and any costs arising from personal travel changes.
Pickup and departure timing
Travelers must arrive at the designated place of pickup on time for any departure or arrival. We are not responsible for missed transfers, flights, or connections caused by a traveler arriving late.
Immigration documentation and passport requirements
Travelers are responsible for any required immigration documentation and interviews. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your travel date, and you must provide a passport-size photo as part of the visa process. We recommend checking your passport's expiration date as soon as you book.
Flight delays and cancellations
We are not responsible for flight delays or cancellations for any reason. Flights are operated by third-party airlines whose schedules, delays, and cancellations are outside our control.
Hotel reservation changes and cancellations
We are not responsible for hotel reservation changes and cancellations made by the hotel or its operator. Where possible, we will help you find comparable alternative accommodations.
Additional pilgrimage guidance
If desired, we will guide you on how and where to go to arrange additional pilgrimage beyond what is included in your package. This guidance is offered as a courtesy and is not a guarantee of availability, access, or arrangement.
Visa approval
Travel is subject to visa approval from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and confirmed group availability. Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of Saudi authorities and is not guaranteed.
