1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Our Destination Travel Services LLC website and the submission of any reservation request through it. By submitting the reservation form, you agree to these Terms. If you are submitting on behalf of another traveler as a sponsor, you confirm you are authorized to do so and to share the information you provide with us on their behalf.
2. What submitting the form does
The reservation form is a request for a callback, not a binding booking and not a payment. Submitting it does not charge you and does not guarantee availability, pricing, or dates. Your package, final itinerary, and pricing are confirmed directly with you, by phone or email, once we check availability.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a reservation request. If you are sponsoring travel for someone else, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit on their behalf.
4. Pricing and payment
Package pricing starts from $2,950 per person and varies depending on number of travelers, dates, and package selection. No payment is collected through this website. Deposit and payment terms are provided separately once your booking is confirmed.
5. Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for all additional travel costs, and must arrive at the designated pickup location on time for any departure or arrival. This includes any immigration documentation and interview requirements, a passport valid for at least 6 months from your travel date, and a passport-size photo. 6. Visa processing
We offer Umrah visa processing assistance for US passport holders as part of our standard package. Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We do not guarantee visa approval and are not responsible for denials, delays, or changes in government requirements.
7. Flights, hotels, and changes
We are not responsible for flight delays or cancellations for any reason, or for hotel reservation changes and cancellations. Specific cancellation and change terms for your booking will be provided in your booking confirmation.
8. Customized packages
We can organize your package to fit your budget, travel dates, preferences, and requirements. Custom arrangements are confirmed in writing before booking.
9. Additional pilgrimage guidance
If desired, we will guide you on how and where to go to arrange additional pilgrimage.
10. Use of this website
This website and its content are provided for the purpose of describing our packages and collecting reservation requests. You agree not to submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
11. Your information
Information you submit is used only to plan and confirm your trip. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Submitting the form sends you an automatic confirmation email summarizing what you entered, and notifies our team — both delivered through a trusted transactional email provider acting only on our instructions, not as an independent marketer.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our Destination Travel Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in a package, including but not limited to travel delays, visa denials, or third-party provider actions (airlines, hotels, ground transport).
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
